What we collect

Account details you give us: your name, email address, phone number and, if you upload one, a profile photo.

Booking activity: the salons, stylists, services and appointment times you book, and any reviews or messages you write.

Approximate location, only while the app is open and only if you allow it, so we can show salons near you.

Calendar access, only if you allow it, so we can add your appointments to your calendar.

Photo library access, only if you allow it, so you can add a profile photo, salon photos or a photo to a review.

How we use it

To create and manage your bookings and show them to the salon you booked with.

To send appointment reminders and messages between you and the salon.

To operate subscriptions for salon owners, billed through the App Store.

To investigate reports of abusive content and enforce our Terms of Service.

Who we share it with

The salon you book with sees your name, contact details and booking history with them.

Our infrastructure providers process data on our behalf: Supabase for our database, Expo for push notifications, RevenueCat and Apple for subscriptions, Cloudinary for hosting your profile, salon and review photos, and Sentry for crash reports.

We do not sell your personal information and we do not use it for advertising.

Deleting your account

You can delete your account at any time from Settings, without contacting us.

When you delete your account we remove your login, name, email and phone number, and unlink your profile photo from your account.

Bookings, reviews and messages you already created stay with the salon in an anonymised form, shown as "Deleted user", because salons need their own appointment and revenue records. They can no longer be linked back to you.

Anonymised records are kept for as long as the salon needs them for its business and tax records.

Your choices

You can edit your profile details at any time in Settings.

You can turn notifications, location, calendar and photo library access on or off from your device settings.

You can block another user or report content from the message thread or review in question.
