Using RaLy

RaLy connects customers with salons for appointment booking. You must be at least 16 years old to create an account.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information on your account and for keeping your password secure.

Bookings

A booking is an agreement between you and the salon. RaLy is not a party to it and does not provide salon services.

Cancellation, rescheduling and payment terms are set by the salon. Contact the salon directly for anything relating to your appointment.

Content and conduct

You may post reviews and send messages. You keep ownership of what you write and grant RaLy a licence to display it in the app.

Do not post content that is unlawful, hateful, harassing, sexually explicit, or that impersonates another person.

We do not tolerate objectionable content or abusive users. Reported content is reviewed within 24 hours and removed if it breaches these terms, and the account responsible may be suspended.

Subscriptions for salon owners

Salon owner features require a paid subscription, billed to your Apple ID through the App Store.

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before it ends.

Manage or cancel your subscription in your App Store account settings. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.

Ending your account

You can delete your account at any time from Settings.

We may suspend or terminate an account that breaches these terms.
